Unreal Engine Project - Stellar Map
This is a small experimental project I worked on to act as a sort of interactive menu for a personal game project I'm working on. I ended up discarding the idea for multiple reasons but decided to somewhat finish it and make it presentable :) I always found stellar maps super cool so it was definitely nice to be able to make one.
Hovering a constellation shows a widget to display some information about that constellation
Zooming in a constellation lets user focus on stars
When hovering a constellation, lines are traced in-between stars to form the constellation pattern
I tried another color scheme just for fun. It's not as readable though but I liked the white theme.
